HOME STAGING CONSULTATION
All of our services begin
with a FREE initial consultation and
walk-thru. By meeting with you, and
preferably your realtor too, we can discuss
needs, goals and expectations and assess
what needs to be done to sell your home
faster and for more money.
STAGING DAY
We offer a
variety of staging packages including ½ day
staging, full day staging and 2 day open
house preparation staging.
“DO IT YOURSELF” ACTION PLAN
Once we have gone through the initial
consultation and walk-thru, we will present
the DIY Action Plan. This plan consists of
a 30+-page report detailing the actions that
we, at Stage This House, would take to
transform your home. We will also offer
vendor recommendations and professional tips
and tricks. This will empower you with the
knowledge and action plan to “do it
yourself.”
VACANT HOME STAGING
Only 10% of homebuyers can visualize the
potential of a home; therefore, a STAGED
HOME is a SOLD HOME. We offer vacant
staging with monthly rental furniture
or use of our own furniture for a
one-time fee. We spend at least a day
to insure smooth delivery as well as adding
the “emotional connections” of accessories
and furnishings from our warehouse. Some
examples include bed linens, window
coverings, lighting, table décor, etc…)
